The Corporate Procurement Service (CPS), part of the States of Guernsey Treasury and Resources Department, is responsible for ensuring that States purchasing is conducted equitably, provides value for money and complies with all best procurement practice. CPS also provides corporate procurement services and advice to Departments and Committees.
